Grief Support

Wilson Hospice Care offers a series of grief support classes for adults and children. Classes are open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. To find the dates of current classes or to register for a session, please call the number below.

We also offer "Grief and the Holidays" support sessions every November. Because the holidays can present more challenges for family members and friends who have lost a loved one, Wilson Hospice Care designed these special sessions during the time people need support the most. A facilitator explains methods that help people ease themselves through the holidays while still in the grieving process.

Also offered every year is the "Light Up A Life" remembrance ceremony. This event is held the second Sunday in November and allows individuals to honor their loved one.
