Visiting Hours
Behaviorial Health Unit2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
All visits must be during designated visiting hours. Visits are limited to 2 individuals at a time. All visitors under age 14 must check in with a nurse Family Birth CenterParents, grandparents and siblings anytime. Fathers may visit anytime. Other visitors may visit 10:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. Visiting children who are not siblings must be 12 years of age or older. ICU/CCU8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the discretion of the nurse. Only two visitors at one time. No children under 12 may visit without determining an appropriate time with the nurse. Third Floor, Pediatrics and Telemetry10:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Exceptions: Parents are permitted at all times in Pediatrics. Things to Remember When Visiting:- No more than two visitors should be at the bedside at one time. Visitors in semi-private rooms should be considerate of both patients.
- Visits should be kept short. We recommend 15 minutes maximum.
- Visitors may not smoke in patient rooms or anywhere in the hospital. There are designated smoking areas outside the hospital.
- Visitors must dress appropriately and must wear shirts and shoes.
- Persons with colds, sore throats, or any contagious diseases should not visit patients.
- Visitors should maintain a quiet environment and avoid unnecessary noise.
- Visitors may be asked to leave the room during test or treatments, when the doctor or nurse needs to see the patient, or when the room needs to be cleaned.
- Visitors including children should refrain from sitting on or lying in patient beds. To prevent transmission of germs, children should never be allowed to sit or lie down on the floor.
